FAQ

What is the Pay After Placement (PAP) Program?

The Pay After Placement (PAP) program is a career-focused model where students or job seekers do not need to pay any upfront fees for training or placement assistance. Instead, they only pay once they secure a job in their chosen field. This ensures financial accessibility and reduces risks for job seekers.

You are required to pay only after securing a job. The payment structure is as follows:

  • If your CTC (Cost to Company) is below ₹5 LPA, you pay two months’ salary.
  • If your CTC is above ₹5 LPA, you pay one month’s salary.

The payment is activated once you receive an offer letter and start your job.

Under the Pay After Placement program, job seekers get multiple interview opportunities based on their skills, industry requirements, and the job roles they are eligible for. The exact number of interviews depends on individual qualifications and employer availability, but Skill Spaark ensures consistent placement support.

You must sign the Pay After Placement agreement before the placement process begins. This happens after your application is approved and you meet the eligibility criteria. The agreement outlines the terms and conditions, including the payment plan, obligations, and job placement support.

CTC (Cost to Company) refers to the total salary package offered by an employer, including:
✔ Basic salary
✔ Allowances (e.g., house rent, travel, medical)
✔ Bonuses
✔ Provident Fund (PF) contributions

CTC is different from take-home salary, as it includes all employer expenses related to your compensation.
